    PROJECT REQUIREMENT

    Get in touch with our executive in the Netherlands, Europe, UK or India and share your project requirement.

    Project Plan & Timeframe

    After we understand your requirement, we will evaluate the problem and share with you the project plan within a practical timeframe.

    Contract

    To formalize the project, we will sign a contract that guarantees both parties in terms of project scope, timeline, cost, and other detailed requirements.

    Resource Selection

    Our team comprises of experienced (in-house or hired) developers ready to work on your projects. Interviews can be conducted over the phone or through video conferencing.

    On Board Professionals

    Based on the desired solution and IT requirement, we will onboard our skilled IT specialists (selected by you) to work on your project.

    Project Workflow

    Project Methodology

    Maven Infotech will make sure that the developer (s) is aware of the Scrum or any other Methodology used by a Client. Specialized training will be given before starting the project.

    Project Tools

    The client provided Task Management Tools like Jira/Asana will be used to secure & manage the daily work.

    Communication

    A client partner will be allocated at the client place in the Netherlands. The developer, whether in India or Netherlands, will work on the Netherlands’ time zone using the phone, email, and other chatting tools.

    Security

    Data, codes, and files can be exchanged via GitHub, SFTP or secure email accounts, based on your company policies. It will remain at the client’s indicated location.

    Review Meetings

    Review meetings will be held on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to determine the status of the project.

    Timesheet

    The developer will submit daily or weekly timesheets for hours spent on a project.
